  • Evaluates the importance of human development as a source of competitive advantage, innovation, growth, and business development.
  • Establishes the principles and standards that regulate the operation of a company’s governing bodies, as well as the management of the company’s relationships with customers, suppliers, employees, and public institutions.
  • Develops human talent management strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Analyzes the different strategies used for organizational development depending on the diagnosis conducted and the objectives established. The competencies developed during the program include critical analysis, creative decision-making, effective communication, and collaborative work with a focus on leadership and ethics.
  • Applies change management and ethics tools to positively influence organizational behavior.
  • Substantiates the current legal regulations in the labor field in Ecuador and determines their application in organizational contexts, both in the public and private sectors.
  • Generates staff performance strategies to improve the professional performance of the organization’s employees.
  • Uses behavior management tools to manage the conduct of individuals and groups within the organization.
  • Knows the reference framework and a process for organizational diagnosis that allows change needs in organizations to be determined with a proactive approach.
  • Determines and evaluates the structure required to develop an organizational development project that considers its stages, from diagnosis, planning, and implementation to control and follow-up.

Application Processes

Alumni

An exclusive track for Universidad ECOTEC graduates. It provides access to graduate programs through a preferential admission process and support with requirement validation, while maintaining the corresponding academic and documentary compliance.

Credit Transfer

This process allows the transfer of credits and/or courses passed in programs at the same level or from one academic level to another.

Credit transfer may be carried out through a comparative analysis of the micro-curriculum contents, provided that the content, depth, and class hours of the course, subject, or its equivalent are at least 80% equivalent to those of the receiving institution.
