- Correctly recognize and interpret the definitions of inclusion and interculturality, their relationship with education, and affirmative action practices under the premise established by supranational organizations and the Constitution of Ecuador regarding the right of access to education without any form of discrimination.
- Apply active teaching procedures and techniques in the instructional process with culturally diverse groups.
- Design and put into practice methodological innovations that contribute to an education model with an inclusive and intercultural approach.
- Identify learning needs not associated with disability that arise from cultural and social factors in the learning environment in which children and adolescents develop, such as dysorthography, dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia, mainly.
- Understand the importance of assessing and managing individual and group needs in educational settings, as well as collaborating in students’ comprehensive development together with all members of the educational community to build coexistence based on respect, equity, and peer learning under equal conditions.
- Apply guidance and support actions for the entire community of educational centers with students from culturally diverse backgrounds.

Application Processes
Teachers’ Network
A track designed for teachers and education professionals who are part of partnerships or academic communities. Your enrollment is handled through an academic pathway defined for this profile, subject to prior validation of requirements and documentation.
Credit Transfer
This process allows the transfer of credits and/or courses passed in programs at the same level or from one academic level to another.
Credit transfer may be carried out through a comparative analysis of the micro-curriculum contents, provided that the content, depth, and class hours of the course, subject, or its equivalent are at least 80% equivalent to those of the receiving institution.
Alumni
An exclusive track for Universidad ECOTEC graduates. It provides access to graduate programs through a preferential admission process and support with requirement validation, while maintaining the corresponding academic and documentary compliance.
