- Interprets criminal-law rules in accordance with constitutional principles, values, and rules, as well as the principles of Criminal Law.
- Critically examines legal concepts related to Organized Crime, its main offenses, and its national and international impact.
- Evaluates the characteristic principles and elements of Economic Criminal Law and its criminal offenses.
- Applies current jurisprudential trends regarding the principles and main institutions of Criminal Procedural Law to problem-solving. The competencies developed during the program include critical analysis, creative decision-making, effective communication, and collaborative work with a focus on leadership and ethics.
- For the online Master’s Degree in Criminal Law, students will develop the following learning outcomes related to the management of professional and research-oriented methods, methodologies, models, protocols, processes, and procedures:
- Applies ethics tools to positively influence professional behavior.

Application Processes
Alumni
An exclusive track for Universidad ECOTEC graduates. It provides access to graduate programs through a preferential admission process and support with requirement validation, while maintaining the corresponding academic and documentary compliance.
Credit Transfer
This process allows the transfer of credits and/or courses passed in programs at the same level or from one academic level to another.
Credit transfer may be carried out through a comparative analysis of the micro-curriculum contents, provided that the content, depth, and class hours of the course, subject, or its equivalent are at least 80% equivalent to those of the receiving institution.
