- Master procedural principles and those related to due process and conflict resolution.
- Determine the procedural requirements of each specific case.
- Assess the components of the procedural system for the proper administration of justice.
- Explain the structures of different judicial proceedings in the various subject areas in which procedural rules apply.
- Advise on the resolution of legal conflicts based on procedural avenues. Provide representation according to established ethical-legal and procedural principles in the field of socio-legal relations.
- Administer justice based on constitutional rights and guarantees and the application of legal rules.
- Solve socio-legal problems from a procedural perspective in the areas of advising, legal representation, and the administration of justice.
- Ground community research and development projects in the main epistemic approaches of Procedural Law to solve socio-legal problems in national and international contexts.
- Advise and represent parties in judicial proceedings in accordance with procedural principles, professional ethics, and socially responsible performance. Perform the role of a participant in the procedural system in accordance with the deontological principles of Law.

Alumni

Credit Transfer
This process allows the transfer of credits and/or courses passed in programs at the same level or from one academic level to another.
Credit transfer may be carried out through a comparative analysis of the micro-curriculum contents, provided that the content, depth, and class hours of the course, subject, or its equivalent are at least 80% equivalent to those of the receiving institution.
