Graduates of the Master’s in Hospital Management will be able to:
- Lead hospital organizations by applying principles of strategic management, legal regulations, and ethical criteria, with a comprehensive vision that promotes transparency, critical thinking, and responsible decision-making in complex organizational scenarios.
- Design strategies for institutional planning, operations, and sustainability, integrating financial management tools, cost analysis, operational logistics, and quality management models, with criteria of efficiency, continuous improvement, and organizational responsibility.
- Analyze organizational performance through the use of statistical tools, monitoring systems, and risk management methodologies, in order to propose solutions that optimize processes, strengthen decision-making, and contribute to institutional excellence.
- Implement institutional marketing and human talent management strategies to optimize service perception and strengthen staff well-being, with collaborative leadership, an inclusive approach, and organizational commitment.

Application Processes
Alumni
An exclusive track for Universidad ECOTEC graduates. It provides access to graduate programs through a preferential admission process and support with requirement validation, while maintaining the corresponding academic and documentary compliance.
Credit Transfer
This process allows the transfer of credits and/or courses passed in programs at the same level or from one academic level to another.
Credit transfer may be carried out through a comparative analysis of the micro-curriculum contents, provided that the content, depth, and class hours of the course, subject, or its equivalent are at least 80% equivalent to those of the receiving institution.
