- Analyze and contextualize different theoretical and practical problems in the science of Administrative Law, as well as provide alternative solutions to them.
- Ability to resolve conflicts in the administrative field from an integrated approach to the regulatory, doctrinal, and jurisprudential order, grounded in the observance of constitutional rights and guarantees.
- Contextualize and understand the current legal challenges and problems faced by Public Administration and its influence on the private sector in order to seek and implement the best strategies and solutions.
- Detect problems in the legal application of rules in society and formulate diagnoses by introducing appropriate techniques and procedures that ensure the adaptation and application of regulations to the guidance of the Constitution and the general legal system.
- Evaluate public management functions at different levels of responsibility.
- Interpret and apply the laws and rules that regulate public activity in its different systems.
- Identify and resolve administrative procedures in the public procurement system.
- Develop legal competencies and skills in professionals to intervene in administrative processes, case resolution, legal advising, and scientific research within the framework of the transformations taking place in contemporary society.
- Deepen theoretical and practical knowledge in Administrative Law, considering the needs, demands, and new trends of both the public and private sectors.

Application Processes
Alumni
An exclusive track for Universidad ECOTEC graduates. It provides access to graduate programs through a preferential admission process and support with requirement validation, while maintaining the corresponding academic and documentary compliance.
Credit Transfer
This process allows the transfer of credits and/or courses passed in programs at the same level or from one academic level to another.
Credit transfer may be carried out through a comparative analysis of the micro-curriculum contents, provided that the content, depth, and class hours of the course, subject, or its equivalent are at least 80% equivalent to those of the receiving institution.
