- Leads judicial proceedings across the various areas of procedural law as an expected professional competency within the judicial and forensic fields, through the technical and strategic management of procedural stages in accordance with current legislation and applicable case law, ensuring the proper conduct of proceedings, effective judicial protection, and the adequate defense of the parties’ interests, while demonstrating legal leadership, professional responsibility, ethics, respect for due process, and commitment to justice.
- Resolves complex procedural disputes within the legal system as an analytical and decision-making skill in judicial and pre-trial contexts, applying statutory, doctrinal, and jurisprudential criteria to identify viable legal alternatives, thereby resolving procedural controversies in a well-founded, efficient, and legally valid manner, while demonstrating critical thinking, impartiality, objectivity, prudence, and commitment to legal certainty.
- Designs alternative dispute resolution strategies as a strategic competency within the context of mediation, conciliation, negotiation, and arbitration mechanisms, integrating legal and communication techniques aimed at the peaceful resolution of disputes, thereby achieving effective agreements, reducing litigation, and optimizing the time and costs associated with the justice system, while acting with dialogue, cooperation, respect for the parties, professional ethics, and a commitment to a culture of peace.
