Profile
Graduates of the Master’s in Public Administration will be able to:
- Understand and apply the fundamental principles of public administration, institutional development, and innovation practices in management and governance in national and international contexts.
- Critically analyze public policies, institutional structures, and decision-making processes, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and proposing innovative, viable solutions.
- Design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based public policies, using quantitative and qualitative analysis tools and techniques, and taking into account citizen participation, the gender perspective, and other social demands.
- Promote institutional development by identifying needs, formulating organizational change strategies, strengthening capacities, and fostering a results-oriented management culture.
- Foster innovative governance by promoting citizen participation, transparency, accountability, and collaboration among public, private, and civil-society actors, as well as managing diversity and the peaceful resolution of conflicts. Exercise ethical and effective leadership, managing multidisciplinary teams, negotiating divergent interests, and promoting consensus-building in the search for innovative, sustainable solutions.
- Use technological tools and innovative methodologies in public management, including the use of open data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and other emerging technologies to improve the efficiency and quality of public services.

Application Processes
Alumni
An exclusive track for Universidad ECOTEC graduates. It provides access to graduate programs through a preferential admission process and support with requirement validation, while maintaining the corresponding academic and documentary compliance.
Credit Transfer
This process allows the transfer of credits and/or courses passed in programs at the same level or from one academic level to another.
Credit transfer may be carried out through a comparative analysis of the micro-curriculum contents, provided that the content, depth, and class hours of the course, subject, or its equivalent are at least 80% equivalent to those of the receiving institution.
