  • Carry out processes for analyzing and interpreting information in diverse contexts, promoting the assessment of data in order to issue well-founded judgments, while maintaining a reflective and respectful approach toward different viewpoints with the purpose of contributing effective solutions to complex problems.
  • Effectively lead work teams, assuming commitments that contribute to the improvement and development of an organization, promoting collaborative leadership to strengthen cohesion and the achievement of shared objectives, with an ethical and responsible attitude in joint decision-making for conflict resolution.
  • Generate original ideas in diverse contexts, promoting the association of concepts and the identification of relationships among factors to address challenges in an innovative way, while maintaining an open and flexible attitude toward change and a critical approach to implementing original and creative solutions.
  • Develop a logical and structured sequence of research processes autonomously and creatively, for the generation of new knowledge and the application and strengthening of existing knowledge, collecting and analyzing data clearly and coherently, while maintaining a critical and ethical approach throughout all stages of the research process.
  • Use the different sources of Law in a self-reflective manner, assuming a commitment to continuous research and a willingness to critically analyze legal systems guided by values such as honesty, respect for the legal order, and social responsibility, ensuring that legal interpretations reflect principles of justice and transparency.
  • Develop clear, persuasive, and technically sound arguments, both orally and in writing, demonstrating confidence when presenting arguments, empathy, and proactivity grounded in leadership, justice, freedom, and respect in order to formulate alternatives for different legal situations at the national and international levels.
  • Design effective strategies based on the regulatory framework for the resolution of legal problems, with the ability to establish legal and social consequences while showing resilience and multidisciplinary teamwork, strengthening humanism, integrity, and social and/or environmental responsibility.
  • Apply digital tools and technological platforms to simplify advisory and litigation activities, while showing willingness to learn new tools and flexibility in the face of technological changes guided by ethics, innovation, and integrity.
